The design of The Leprosy Mission Trust India Annual Report was crafted to visually narrate the organisation’s 150-year journey of hope and healing. Keeping the legacy at the core, the cover follows a timeline format, showcasing significant milestones that shaped the Mission’s impact since 1874.

The upward flow of the timeline reflects progress, growth, and resilience, while the use of archival images, milestone markers, and human silhouettes in the background symbolises the countless lives touched and transformed. The colour palette strikes a balance between heritage and modernity, celebrating history while projecting optimism for the future.

Every design element—be it the placement of the logo, the prominence of “150 years,” or the integration of people-centric visuals—was chosen to reinforce the Mission’s enduring commitment to dignity, compassion, and transformation.
