It is eyed by stakeholders, shareholders, other interested people and even the media. It may be considered as grey literature with most jurisdictions requiring companies to prepare & disclose annual reports with many requiring them to file it at the company’s registry. Listed companies may be required to do that even more frequently.

For their annual report, we came up with the heading RETHINKING & REINFORCING and used the blue color for the design theme representing depth, trust, loyalty, sincerity, wisdom, stability faith & intelligence while also having a calming & soothing effect for the reader.
