FAO in collaboration with the Department of Agriculture, Cooperation and Farmers Welfare, MoAFW undertook this study to understand the present status of millet cultivation and consumption in key states of the country, and present the way forward for enhancing production and consumption of millets, raising incomes of millet farmers, and benefiting consumers as well. The design of this report is a combination of illustrations and hand-picked images. As the report is based on millets and agriculture, the colour combination and schemes have been chosen, keeping in mind the same.
